Talking Hi, I'm new to CHF
Hi all, I was referred to this site by some of the great peeps on CAG. Nothing much to tell at the mo, just going to get a feel for the site and find out what's what. I'll probably end up on the quit smoking theads, as I smoke 20+ a day & have been thinking about giving up for about 6 months now! I also drink more than I should, so will probably those a go too!!!

Anyhoo, pleased to make your aquaintance. Hope to be chewing the fat with you soon.

You're not the only one who needs to quit. I must admit out of everything I've tried, I still think that Champix are the best thing since sliced bread

The most important thing is to really want to give up - something I haven't quite mastered yet as you will see from my thread below
