Hows it going Mrs B?
I'd certainly recommend the weights although if you've got kiddies you might be better off with the bands and straps. Keep up the good work

Well another week and another 2 lb lost Feeling so great I decided to set up one of those tracker things in my signature. I've been abit embarrassedabout letting people know how much I weigh but as I was doing so well and we're all friends here I though I might as well Trouble is its now made me realise just how far I've got to go! My BMI says I'm one step away from being obese Still its a good kick up the bum to get me to stick to it!

Hope you're all doing well! Why don't you all get the trackers?

Don't put too much on BMIs.. you are progressing and feeling great on it so thats the main thing to concentrate on.
Nice looking tracker by the way... very colourful!
