Thanks Mrs B, I am rather proud of myself

I did the weights last night and so far so good no pain! Did my biceps and my chest and my shoulders. I bought some of those ankle weights too and going to try them tonight.

Still on short rations but I'm starting to get used to it now!

Feeling so much better already

No pain no they're great. I defo recommend them to anyone. Low weight high reps thats the way to go. I'm starting to feel the changes in my muscles already. Its not at all painful but you can feel it doing its stuff so thanks Neon thats great advice there

I've bin sticking to my diet like glue, well I have to otherwise the Mrs would let me know it! Its getting easier everyday getting used to it now

Pleased to say I've lost another 2 lb this week so thats great!

Hope you're all doing just as well!
