Hi all,

Just got back from an exhausting day, well weekend, at the gym! I thought I'd try out some of the classes so I did a step class, a pilates class and yoga class today. Can you believe it they do a step class at 9.00am on a Sunday morning?!!! I thought I'd be the only one there but it was nearly full!
I was still aching a bit from yesterday when I did a beginers aerobics and a bums and tums class, in addition to going on the weight machines. I know its a bit much but I'm really determined to do something about my body. I've been a bit lapse lately and not had much time for the gym and when Rupert mentioned I had a fat arse on Friday I really knew I had to do something about it.

Also I had another binge on chocolate during the week
We've got a new girl in the office called Lacey (what sort of a name is Lacey ) and she is little miss perfect. She can't do enough for Rupert Anyway apparently I stuffed up on not returning some court papers (I didn't even know I was supposed to do them) and Rupert asked Lacey to do it instead and of course she obliged. Anybody would have thought she'd won the Macca case the way Rupert praised her up! So I bought a kingsize bar of galaxy on the way home that night and two chocolate eclairs! hence the suffering at the gym at the weekend I really wish I wouldn't give in to my chocolate cravings so easily I just felt so down. Don't know why after all I'm the one seeing Rupert not her and I suppose he has to be objective at work and not show any favourtism towards me.

Anyhow he's gone away on business this weekend which is lucky because it gave me plenty of time to go to the gym

Hope I don't ache too much tomorrow but if I do it'll be a reminder not to have a chocolate binge again

Hope you're all well

Laters

Scarsie xx

Ooooh Scarlet poor you!

Hows the muscles this morning?

I understand what you mean about the chocolate. I used to reach for the chocolate as soon as anything went wrong but thankfully I've managed to control that so far, but then I haven't had any real upsets since I started.

You really shouldn't be doing so much at once its not good for you and particularly in response to what Rupert said to you. If you want to lose weight for yourself thats fine but don't do it because you feel pressured to do so for a man.

Hope things improve for you at work.

Take care hun xx

Ahhh thanks for dropping by Neon and Eagle1. Sorry to say I've let things slip a bit recently so have had no progress to report. Also had a few let downs in my personal life so haven't felt like posting. I really must do something soon. I've put on 8lb which isn't helping me feel any better. Anyone got any tips or words of encouragement to get me out of this rut?
