Hi their this is me first post im from south London, England, on my 23rd borthday i weighed 19st (266pounds) i suffer from asthma and exma which is starting to go i use to drink 2ltrs of cola a day never exercise.
I came accross Herbalife which has helped me a great deal, i lost 3 stone
so i now way around 16st (224pounds) but i need to go a little but further iv stoped drinking cola cant stand the stuff now and my life is improving but id like to lose more weight quicker, im not really interested in getting fit abs and things like that i just want to look slim and not feel embarresed when buying some jeans lol.
basicly my question is, i want to eat healther but dont know what to eat, i only eat at lunchtime where i have my shakes in the morning and evening so lunch is all i need, i dont like salad that much tried it can stand all that lettuce onions and all that, i like carrots peas and sweetcorn, has anyone got any sujestions on workouts and good stuff to eat.

First of all well done on losing weight. Regards the diet you are on, I think there are better ways of losign weight as with the replacement meal type diets when you go back to normal eating you are likely to put it back on as you won't have re educated yourself into eating healthily and the bad habits are likely to come back, also you may not be getting all the right foods that you need to keep you healthy. If you make a list of the things you like then amybe we can give you some ideas of what would be a good type of balanced diet for you.

Well when i use to work in a pub i use to do days and what i had was grilled chicken brest, new potatos (no butter) and peas and that use to do it for me that was advice given to me i find going on the herbalife very good but need that push to lose more. Do you think i should try going back on that or try summin else.
i like;
carrots, peas, sweetcorn, potatos, pasta, meat, just dont like lettuce onions and all that you find in a salad

I always find that I stick to foods I like rather than forcing myself to eat things I don't like. Otherwise I wouldn't last two minutes.
I remember my Mum whenever she went on a diet used to force herself eat half a grapefruit every morning for breakfast yet she never liked them. She just thought it was what you were supposed to eat when trying to lose weight. Needless to say she never stuck to it very long.
I have to agree with Gizmo starvation and food replacements are not good and are hell to stick to. Why make yourself suffer needlessly?
Choose the healthy foods you do like. Carrots, peas, sweetcorn pasta and meat are all fine. Enjoy your food. Don't think of it as going on a diet but as chosing a healthier lifestyle.

iv stuck to the shakes all the time and my vit tablets its doing great i never really eat in the mornings so this is good for me and im doing chicken breast peas and new potatos cooking now
