Yes a great weekend thanks Mrs B

I've had a week off from the diet and spent all day Sunday eating Easter Eggs

Getting back on track now. My scales aren't working so I've no idea what I weigh but still want to shed a few pounds.

Scales still not working which isn't helping with my motivation

Did some aerobics on Sunday but thats about all I did last week. Haven't been too bad on the eating front, but as I say to my students could do better
