In relation to Travel...i.e Long Train journeys + Air Travel etc, when would it be deemed a breach of MY Human Rights, to be deprived of the ability to have a cigarette, when it is known that Nicotine is far more addictive than Heroin??...

I think you should join the no smoking group above MilkTrayMan, this will also benefit your travel health overall as you will no longer have to deal with the stress of nicotine withdrawal when you go on a long journey.
