I think it is sleep actually. I never go to bed with a hangover, but wake up with one.

Just put a small amount in a glass, perhaps with a mixer to dilute it and sip slowly instead of downing the bottle.
Have you tried this? Does it work

No, I think you'll find it's the alcohol.
And the old age

Breast cancer Re: Underactive Thyroid

I went to my GP because I was very unhappy with my health I had put lots of weight on and drag my body about I was taking 225Mg thyroxine after looking at
Thyroid Gland Information on Healthline
I asked to see a endocrinologist who specialises in thyroid disorders, he found although my blood test were coming back satisfactory the reading were at the wrong levels he increased my thyroxine to 250 Mg I go to my doctors next week for a repeat blood test and possible increase the thyroxine again to 275 hopefully then the levels will come together, I was told not to expect any great improvement for 3-6months and then it will be slow.
I am going to ask for a printed read out of the results of my blood test next week and ask for it to be explained also there are web sites/forums I can ask for advise.

That has to be the highest level of thyroxine I have ever seen. How long ago were you diagnosed, and what level did he start you on?

Thumbs up Re: Underactive Thyroid

Hi everyone, I also have an underactive thyroid, it was boarderline when i was 40 but not treated until 18 months later when I crashed and couldnt get out of bed, I lost a stone in weight and could not speak without slurring, I take 100mg of thyroxin a day and some days I still feel tired all day, I was refered to a specialist who I saw about 4 weeks ago as I thought I had Vertigo as I keep having these episodes where I cant get out of bed for 2-3 days and just sleep all the time deaming bad dreams, was told at the hospital that its not vertigo, waiting for the results of my blood test which they would not give me over the phone, said something about severe fatigue syndome, will call my GP tomorrow to see if they have a copy of my blood test results.Cal
