i will be ringing,plus ive had a nasty chest infection,which worries
me each time i get one as i had a collapsed lung a while back so i think it is time i stopped being stoooopid and playing with my health and get my ass into gear.

Unfortunately, smoking doesn't help especially when you've got a chest infection but then you don't need me to tell you that.

Let us know how you get on with the "dog food". It was about two weeks after my initial appointment before I actually got the tablets but there's no reason why you can't cut down now. It's not like you haven't tried before :P
