Crikey Xan, you never cease to amaze me. I think you have a point about the fact that you don't have to worry about anyone smoking around you at home. That's got to be a big plus IMO.

You're a star - keep going girl

So that will be twenty one days, Xan, a real milestone.

Well done you. All of the nicotine has now left you body, the nasty little nicotine monster has curled up and died !!! Any cravings you have now are inside your head, you are no longer a addict !!!!

Don't let your guard down, your mind will still try and convince you you want a ciggy but it's only in your head now, not your body.

Very, very well done

Alex

Hi Bo

I went over to my parents for Easter so not been on and yep I'm pleased to say no cigs It was actually really good to visit them as a non smoker. I'm far from being a teenager but I've never felt able to smoke in front of my parents so it was good not having to sneak around and spend the whole time suffering from cravings.

Thanks Lex, it certainly feels much better now and the cravings don't seem to be as strong and I'm no longer thinking about the fags all the time.

Thanks for the support!

Good for you Xan - tickle on it's way I know what you mean about parents Got to go see my mum soon and it will be nice to arrive as a non-smoker

I think it also helps when you're around non-smokers, the urge isn't as strong for some reason and I'm on the Champix so I don't know how you do it

Unfortunately, Mr Bo is still on the cigs but I'm not buying him any more baccy after this lot

I've told my mum that I've stopped, just got to make some time to go and see her but after what you've said, I can't wait

Keep going girl and keep posting. You're very good at supporting other peeps and your posts are so helpful and interesting.

Bo
