I'm feeling so proud 8 days now and boy it has been hard work but things are getting so much easier. Its worth all the suffering. I'm starting to feel so much better. I can smell things I haven't smelt for years and feeling full of energy.

1 month and 4 days now I can't believe how good it feels to say that! Thanks to everyone for their support it really is so good knowing there are others out there going through exactly the same symptons.
It won't be long before you two can say its been a month! Its a really good mental barrier broken when you can say you have been smoke free for a month.
