Red face The Blues
Hi This is my 1st post I'am on my 5th week of trying to give up smoking using CHAMPIX - the story so far :

See Nurse. Due to start tablets on Monday.

MONDAY - SATURDAY 1st week ok still allowed to smoke- but starting to taste not so nice but i still keep smoking by Sunday don't fancy gig's at all.

MONDAY - SATURDAY 2nd week not smoking pleased with myself don't even fancy one. Quite a few weird dreams though.

SUNDAY and MONDAY Depressed. If I did not have to see the Nurse on Tuesday think I would have had one.

TUESDAY -SUNDAY 3rd week everything fine again no hassle.

MONDAY - SATURDAY 4th week everything going well don't need gigs.

SUNDAY and MONDAY -- feeling down again - but have not given in - see Nurse to-morrow so lets hope the blues go away - like the last time.

Hi Beacon, thats funny, I had a really really bad 5th week too. I was really down and just felt like crying all the time. I felt as if I was going through some kind of grieving process? Doing ok this week though.

I'm on champix too wannabe, can highly recommend it!
