Another money making stealth tax by the police state called UK inc.
The government are the ones that sell these things to people and make a lot of money doing so (along with their personal roles as tobacco advisers on the side) then they turn round and say 'don't use our product as it's bad for you'.
Hypocrisy and greed behind every move the government makes as per usual.
