Well done!!!!!!!!!!! I've been having loads of thoughts about "lovely fags" this week, despite being on the champix and having read alan carr. Every time I have a thought (I can't described it as a craving, cos I know I don't want one). I just think "no way, I'm free of all that crap now".
yes i feel its more of a thought than a craving & with the ideas from the book the thought can be over-ridden
thanks SM...you need to do a thread here too. youre into your 4th week which is excellent but still relatively early days & it gives you somewhere to log your thoughts & give others inspiration
