Oh don't despair! at the end of the day its a little white filled tube of dried leaves, I'm pretty certain you can beat them lol, Have you tried any nicotine replacement thingys?! I know Allen Carr says they are a no no, but believe me without them I would of caved in weeks ago. I am now on week 11 and whenever I feel that I may crack and have a ciggy I have a 2mg lozenge or microtab instead. I always find that by the time the thing has dissolved so has my need for a cigarette. I know that I am essentially still in some way a nicotine addict but at least I am not inhaling all the other poisons you get with a cigarette, and as time goes on, the need for nicotine grows smaller (in theory!)
