I'll keep the tracker then I know it was a blip but I've only got about three weeks supply left now and I'm terrified of starting again when they're finished. It was too easy just to light up last weekend, I don't know what I'll do without the Champix though

I've spoken to the nurse who says that you can actually have a few more weeks supply even after the course has finished. I have another week at two tablets a day and then one a day (taken at teatime) thereafter.

Although Mr Bo hasn't stopped smoking yet, it's good of him to smoke only in the kitchen with the door open though He has, however, cut down considerably because of my efforts. I just hope that eventually, he will quit too. I live in hope

I know this isn't eay for you and it's your life and i've never actually met you, BUT I am very, very sad that this attempt might fizzle out. I really hope that you get back on track BO. Maybe you shoiuld try and get Mr. BO to quit with you right away and both encourage each other? It could be the trick that's needed. Just a thought... Anyhow, I hope you make it one way or another!!!

I knew I wouldn't be safe from the wrath of Baron Renog But there's one thing I'm sure about - I am being totally honest on this thread and I'm sure that peeps reading it will relate. After all, why should I lie? I would only be cheating on myself and no one else.

I totally get what you're saying though hun and you are soooo right. I admire Mr Bo though, he has far more willpower than me and could stop tomorrow (he's done it before, for years) but I think the longer I stop for, the more likely he will be to do it

It was quite funny last week because we came out of a pub and it was pouring it down. I ran to the car (don't worry, I was sober ) and I didn't get out of breath at all. Mr Bo ran after me and he was coughing and spluttering when he got in the car. I didn't say anything to him but I'm sure he knew what I was thinking

Yep, I'm in stroppy mode, I should be hiding my head in shame - I seem to have been fine during the week when I'm at work but as soon as weekend comes - especially Friday/Saturday night, I've been puffing away Ok, ok, I will remove my tracker when I get round to it

You're the one who's been supporting me like the rest, I will not be a happy bunny if I find out you have started puffing again

Tell you what, if I fix it all will you come skydiving in July? Won't cost you a penny. Yeah i'm completely nuts. Maybe that might give you some inspiration to quit once and for all? I guarantee it will be a laugh. I don't think i'm in any real danger on the smoking front, as i'm never around fags thank God.
