just to let everyone know im still alive and kicking havent had a ciggie now since giving up everyday gets better actually got up this morning and didnt think about it, must be getting better now surely?

Hi everyone

I've had no option but to go cold turkey. The NRT didn't suit me. I have all kinds of health problems and am taking a lot of other medication, so it was cold turkey or bust.

Its week 4 now, and to be honest I feel I would never go back to cigs now because of the hell I have been through the past 3weeks - wouldn't want to repeat all that over again, especially the dizziness and headaches! I've written about it all on my thread.

So just dropping in to add my support to you all too x

Well done to you both I'm on day 5 now and things are starting to get easier. Like SG says I wouldn't want to go back now and go through the last 5 days again

no you aint wrong this has just about been the hardest thing ive ever done, bl**dy things wish id never started, but too late for that, still I do feel better each day, and I know like u I cant go back over that first week or so

yeah googled for it and up it came

woke up this morning first morning I have not even thought about a ciggie..........light at the end of the tunnel, and boy do I feel better for it
