do you know something xanadu ive been smoking now for 35 years ive tried and failed more times than i can care too count, whats different this time?
I dont know, wish I could answer it and bottle it Id make a fortune, I have my moments, 1st thing in the morning is hell on earth for about half an hour but it does go off and the longer you go the easier it seems to get, I think ive always tried before to give up for other people, kids, wife, even the money this time I'm doin it for me I wish everyone the best of luck, it is possible, it is hard, and you must use all your will power to resist this drug, but the payoffs are great, I feel better than ive done for years even my energy levels are better. good luck for saturday Im thinking of you

Well done Nblaen I've gone three days and its killing me. The cravings are awful. Good to see you are finding it a bit easier. Hope you continue trouble free. Wish you could bottle it and sell it.

You have my sympathy. Be strong, don't let the little white sticks get the better of you. Tommorrow will be easier. If you have one today you're back to square one. Don't give in. Keep up the hard work. We're all routing for you!
