After having Allan Carr's book "Easyway" recommended to me I have now almost finished it and can thoroughly recommend it to anyone who wants to give up smoking.
So much of what surrounds drug addiction (and thats what nicotine is) is shrouded in falsehood and this book takes away all of the myth and misunderstanding.
I become a no smoker on the 4th of February and I now know I wont smoke again.
Well here we are almost 3 days in and still going strong the most annoying thing I have had to cope with so far is Barra's damn day counter I got a menstrual cycle one instead !!!

Stiggy!) and sheer willpower. I did manage to last five weeks but then did my usual and started again 
(Pink boot and shotgun springs to mind!)
