I've tried Alan Carr and first time round it worked until a stupid mistake started me off again. I tried readin it again some time later and simply found that I was coming up with counter arguments. The book is basically brainwashing, and once you overcome that, the book does not work.

I become a no smoker on the 4th of February and I now know I wont smoke again.
