Well done, I'm doing Allen Carr mixed with Champix lol. Are you really not getting any cravings as the book says. I have to say I have had thoughts, not cravings and do manage to brush them off easily cos I think of the book. I think the book and champix are a great combination.
I think because of the way Alan Carr explains nicotine addiction it is much easier to analise any cravings and say no to yourself rather than letting the craving build and giving in.
Well done the two of you, Just joined today, so I am catching up with a few friends from C.A.G. Please keep it up, you will feel so much better, both in and about yourself's.

Well done Castlebest I too want to give up but find it difficult. I've just embarked on a bit of a fitness progress and want to lose a few pounds I've seen the advert from Boots which says you should only do one thing at a time so am thinking of putting off the quitting the cigs until I've done that what do you think? I know as a woman I'm supposed to be able to multi-task but its never really been my forte. and I'm not doing too wellon the fitness side as it is.
