I'm giving up! Please support me. Decided on quit date

The kids are back at school now. So the stress filled days are over and now is the time to quit..............again!

We (my hubby and I) have decided to try again on Monday.

We have a gym membership so its, get the kids to school and go to the gym and NO SMOKING.

At the moment we are smoking around 60 a day between us, somedays more.

Any tips or advice would be great.

Buying the patches on Saturday and this time we are determined to succeed!

Well done for deciding to quit.

There is lots of support and info in the stickies as well as in the threads. I found the hardest bit to cope with was the tiredness in the first few days - so be prepared.

Make the house a smoke free zone - hide all ashtrays, lighters etc. Visitors will have to smoke outside - at least in the early days.

Put one of these in your signature and the bigger it gets - the better you will feel.

Going to the gym is a great idea as well.

Keep us updated - and good luck - you can do this - and the best thing is you are doing it together so have each others support.
