The kids are back at school now.

So the stress filled days are over and now is the time to quit..............again!
We (my hubby and I) have decided to try again on Monday.
We have a gym membership so its, get the kids to school and go to the gym and NO SMOKING.
At the moment we are smoking around 60 a day between us, somedays more.
Any tips or advice would be great.
Buying the patches on Saturday and this time we are determined to succeed!
