Angry My husband stinks

Yes he literally does stink. Real bad. He only washes or showers at the weekends and rarely brushes his teeth. He eats spicy food which reeks. He also sweats buckets in his sleep. He's a slob around the house never picks up after himself. He hides his dirty underwear in corners stinking out the house until I find the lovelly surprise. Some women moan about their husbands leaving up the toilet seat, but I wish he would... he doesn't even bother to lift it just does what he has to all over the seat.

Its got to the point where I can no longer bear to share a bed with him for sleeping in let alone do anything else in it. I've tried talking to him nicely, being firm, nagging and downright shouting at him. Nothing works. He gets angry whenever I mention it and ridicules me even if I approach it in a nice way.

I can't put up with it anymore. What can I do?

Oh how dreadful for you. Could you get one of his friends to speak to him, it may embarrass him into taking action coming from someone else. Either that or hose him down before he comes into the house .

When someone loses interest in their appearance, to the extent that the OP's husband has, it is often an sign of depression, apathy + lack of self-worth.

Perhaps, to 'cure' the husband of his personal hygiene probs, U may have to look deeper into any underlying cause, rather than compound his woes??...
