If what you wish to discuss is especially sensitive or delicate to you, you can post without disclosing your username.
Above the area for the new thread title you will see a checkbox which asks if you wish to make your post anonymously. Put a tick in the box and when you submit your post, it will attribute the posting to "Anonymous".
Please note that you will not be able to subscribe to the thread for email notifications and so you will have to visit it from time to time to check for responses as the forum software will not be able to send you emails concerning that thread.
If you wish to give an anonymous reply you will not be able to use the quick reply option. Instead use the add a reply button which will then give you the tick box option to post anonymously.
