Well done for deciding to quit.
There is lots of support and info in the stickies as well as in the threads. I found the hardest bit to cope with was the tiredness in the first few days - so be prepared.
Make the house a smoke free zone - hide all ashtrays, lighters etc. Visitors will have to smoke outside - at least in the early days.
Put one of
these in your signature and the bigger it gets - the better you will feel.
Going to the gym is a great idea as well.
