After having Allan Carr's book "Easyway" recommended to me I have now almost finished it and can thoroughly recommend it to anyone who wants to give up smoking.

So much of what surrounds drug addiction (and thats what nicotine is) is shrouded in falsehood and this book takes away all of the myth and misunderstanding.

I become a no smoker on the 4th of February and I now know I wont smoke again.
