Hi everyone, I also have an underactive thyroid, it was boarderline when i was 40 but not treated until 18 months later when I crashed and couldnt get out of bed, I lost a stone in weight and could not speak without slurring, I take 100mg of thyroxin a day and some days I still feel tired all day, I was refered to a specialist who I saw about 4 weeks ago as I thought I had Vertigo as I keep having these episodes where I cant get out of bed for 2-3 days and just sleep all the time deaming bad dreams, was told at the hospital that its not vertigo, waiting for the results of my blood test which they would not give me over the phone, said something about severe fatigue syndome, will call my GP tomorrow to see if they have a copy of my blood test results.Cal
