Recently, there have been reports of Prisoners in gaols in the UK, seeking compensation by claiming that they were deprived of their Human Rights cos the Prison Authorities made Heroin Users go 'Cold Turkey' when they were 1st admitted.

In relation to Travel...i.e Long Train journeys + Air Travel etc, when would it be deemed a breach of MY Human Rights, to be deprived of the ability to have a cigarette, when it is known that Nicotine is far more addictive than Heroin??...

I'm NOT looking to gain compensation
...I would probs only spend it on sweets + comics anyway...
It's to be legally able to smoke a cigarette that I would like most...
