I'm confused though hun, you were on the Champix weren't you? Have you finished the course? You do realise that even after a three month course, you can still keep taking them for a few weeks after, with your doctor's permission of course
I can totally understand what you're thinking though but remember the only person you're fooling is yourself. Why not look upon Benidorm as a challenge? Just think to yourself if you can get through a week in Benidorm without a fag, then you've really cracked it. Come on girl, look at that tracker, do you really want to lose it?
Even Mr Lex has had a blip due to personal circumstances and I know it happens but you have to get that frame of mind back and be determined that you've done it for so long, you can continue to do it. Remember you're doing this for you and no one else
You've stubbed out that last fag and told yourself it's your last. Hold that thought and look at how good you've been for sooooo long. Blips happen - fact - but they can be stamped out. You know that as well as I do
