Glad to see you're still doing so well!

Tommorow is 11 weeks for me and I'm afraid I've not been so good over the last few days. Went to see a friend in crisis on Saturday night and sat and had a few vodkas and smoked 10 fags with her! omg I am so bad. Went back to see her on Sunday and pinched a few draws of her fag.

Then tonight, I pinched a fag out my mums pack (I feel 13 again!) and I've just smoked it :-( I can't believe how quickly the cravings have come back. But I've put it out now and I've told myself again thats my last ever fag.

Ohhhhhhhhhhhhh i am on that slippery slope again. I'm off to Benidorm on Saturday and dreading trying to get through the week without smoking. Why oh why oh why do I do this to myself :-(

So much for being the willpower fairy eh!
