Well Renog, yes I do see myself as a non-smoker and I still feel soooo smug about it. Quitting is very good for boosting your self-confidence as you feel that you personally have achieved something which others struggle with
Last time I tried to stop, I managed five weeks and next week will be my fifth week and I'm off to see mates next weekend so I'm hoping that I can get over the five week syndrome I have
Peeps who have quit already may relate to what I'm about to say

My sense of smell is so acute now and I am very aware of smells, it's probably because it has been dulled for soooo long but I just love taking in different smells that I probably wouldn't have been able to smell before. Do you think I need counselling?
