1 month and 4 days now I can't believe how good it feels to say that! Thanks to everyone for their support it really is so good knowing there are others out there going through exactly the same symptons.
It won't be long before you two can say its been a month! Its a really good mental barrier broken when you can say you have been smoke free for a month.
