Well done everybody! I have now been smoke free for 9 months and I have to say that although it got easier after a few months, the last 2 months have been really great: I really can go days without even thinking about cigarettes at all!

So hang in there - it's tough but it's very do-able and so very worth it - you're all amazing!!
