I was just laughing at Froups post above.

When I had my relapse and was so disappointed in myself, I was a couple of days 'clean' and the nicotine monster was giving me a hard time. So I licked an ashtray, Nooooooooooo..... (can't believe I'm telling you this)

That set me up for a few days, it kept the cravings away I can tell you.

I don't recommend it though UGHhhh !!!!!
