I'm still going strong (not really, I am OK but only just) and very, very busy. I bought the Xmas booze to early. Big mistake

I have had to keep reading parts of the Allen Carr book to the point that I have worn the words out

Any cravings are now days apart but seem stronger ?? If that makes any since. I am sure that if I can get work sorted and finished by Xmas eve, I will have cracked it, that is my one aim.
