Thanks, folks for the support over the 24 hours or so.

Nine weeks done and dusted then !!!

I have to say though last week was the worst so far. A combination of stress, frustration and trying to get 8 days work in, in 7. That *big old monster* in my head was really playing up.

However thats last week, this week should be a lot better. It was a close thing mind, Wendy throu the book at me in the end, the Allen Carr book, and said 'For Gods sake read it again'.
