I hate to be depressing but I'm not sure that the cravings ever fully disappear, as I'm sure you're well aware Lex. Just remind yourself how much you're benefitting in terms of health, money etc. Cheaper life insurance is only about 40 weeks away now.

I can only suggest that you avoid those activities that require a cigarette afterwards.

Cold showers it is then.
