Week two, Day four.

All is going along fine, I don't feel like ciggy at any time really. However I been told that if I mention 'Allan Carr' one more time I am sharing with the dogs. LoL ( I think Mrs Lex might be next to quit)

The post man (forgot what they looked like) delivered me the 'Easy Way' DVD today. I thought I would pick up a copy to have a look. I like to read but I know some people find viewing easier. I still prefer the book, but the DVD gets all the points across and might well suit some younger nicotine addicts.
