Day 4 and all is well.

I must say I think my breathing has improved somewhat, I'm reasonably fit working around the farm but some things seem easier.

My appetite has improved along with my sense of smell, there is a fresh loaf on the side and the smell of it is causing more 'pangs' than the ciggys ever did !!!!

Right then, where's that butter ???
