Nice to see so many of my old friends from C.A.G. here.

I gave up on the 1st of Oct. last year using the Allan Carr method. I had a bit of a relapse at the end of Jan. when we had some bad news in the family, but I am pleased to say I am now back on track. Starting again didn't ease the stress I was feeling, it just made it worse !!

So now I am here where there is safety in numbers !!!
