I did the “without food” thingy deliberately to see whether I would be OK or not. Er, NOT btw!!!
I feel OK actually, apart from the very weird dreams, they seem to work on my subconscious and are everything I wanted to forget from the past – like my ex!!!! The worst one was when I woke up one morning and it was like I'd just had the dream and I was cuddled up with one of the blokes from work
It's not like he's good looking either

I haven’t decided on any particular day to stop, just when I feel like it. Maybe next Tuesday or Wednesday (not doing it on a Monday!!), when I feel ready.
Wow, four weeks for you then girl. Who’s a clever bunny? When I stopped with the Allen Carr book and a bit of willpower, I found the hardest week the fifth one too for some reason. Unfortunately, that’s when I started again

Didn't update yesterday coz 'puter on the blink and tonight, I spent yonks trying to fix my scanner too. And people wonder why I smoke?
Also, I'm not getting instant e-mail notification on subs to this forum. I'm sure some nice MOD will see this post and sort it, after all it's a new forum and will take some tweaking
